Product Use
Shake the bottle gently before opening
Using the measuring cup provided, measure out 1ml per kg of your weight eg if you weigh 50Kg measure out 50ml
Drink on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, and wait 5 minutes before eating or drinking

In the first few days you may experience some loosening of stools as your body adjusts to the new bacteria. This is normal and only affects a small percentatge of people.
