Pharma Nord Bio-Fiber 80: Pharma Nords Bio-Fiber 80 is a good supplement for maintaining a health digestive system. It is a fibre from vegetable sources which helps compensate for the insufficient fibre content in many modern diets.
Bio-Fibre 80 is a concentrated fibre tablet which can help compensate for the low fibre content in highly processed diets. It contains not less than 80% dietary fibre. However, fibre content of food supplements is not the only important factor involved. The relationship between the most common types of fibre is also vital. Bio-Fibre 80 contains all four types of fibre in the appropriate proportions.

A Vegetable fiber (dry matter) 640 mg derived from sugar beet and apples (fiber content of 520mg (i.e.80%) which is equivalent of 120mg cellulose, 250mg hemicellulose, 130mg pectin, 20mg lignin.)
DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF Pharma Nord Bio-Fiber 80:
A Take 4 Bio-Fibre 80 tablets and gradually increase by two tablets daily.
A At the most you can take 12 tablets a day.
A It is important to drink plenty of water when you take fibre supplements, because fibre absorbs liquid.
A Pharma Nord recommends 4-12 tablets of Bio-Fiber 80 per day with food, preferably taken in small quantities throughout the day.
