Research suggests that is can increase the production of prostaglandins, the fatty acid molecules linked to elevated synthesis of growth hormone.

CLA is the most abundant polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) in human tissues. Take 2 -4 capsules to be taken 1-2 times per day.
Caution:
Very high intake of beta-carotene (more than 100,000IU/day) may cause areas of the skin to take on an orange tone, which is harmless.
Patients with diabetes, renal or liver disease, or with hyperthyroidism should take beta-carotene with caution
