Lamberts ProbioguardN contains four carefully selected strains of friendly bacteria, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium, Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp bulgaricus, which have been widely used in clinical studies.

4.5 billion live bacteria (4.5 x 109 CFU) Lactobacillus acidophilus, LA-5 Bifidobacterium, BB-12 Streptococcus thermophilus, STY-31 Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus, LBY-27 (At the time of manufacture)
Dextrose, Capsule shell (Gelatin, Colour: Titanium Dioxide), Sucrose, Magnesium Stearate.
DOSAGE:
Take two capsules daily, one in the morning and one in the evening. Take with a glass of milk, water or with a meal.
Take as above or as recommended by your practitioner or pharmacist.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not swallow capsules with hot drinks, heat kills bacteria.
Food supplements should not be a substitute for a varied diet.
