Bach Flower Mustard (Sinapis Arvensis) 20ml.
Bach Flower Mustard is for sudden depression which descends out of the blue and lifts just as suddenly for no apparent reason. This gloom can be very severe; it is like the descent of a cold dark fog, overcasting everything and destroying normal cheerfulness. The sufferer is completely taken over by gloom and unable to shake it off at will.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Dilute two drops of Bach Flower Mustardin a glass of water and sip at intervals. Replenish as neccessary
FOR MULTIPLE USE:
Add two drops of Bach Flower Mustardto a 30ml mixing bottle (you may combine up to seven remedies in this bottle), top up with mineral water and take four drops at least four times a day.
If neccessary, the Bach Original Flower Remedies can be dropped neat onto the tongue, or rubbed onto the lips, behind the ears, or on the temples and wrists.
