Or, when studying, add 2 drops of Refresh to a handkerchief or cotton wool ball and inhale occasionally or diffuse using our Aroma-Space diffuser or an oil burner.
Use a few drops in your morning bath or shower to start the day full of energy!
Blend 3-5 drops in 10ml of carrier oil and massage onto pulse points (equivalent to a 2% dilution).
